• CHAY 93.1 fm contests are open to all residents of Ontario except any employee, employee relative or employee of any member agency of CHAY 93.1 fm or Corus Entertainment.
• Once you have won a daily prize on CHAY 93.1 fm you are not eligible to win again for 30 day’s of play. If you have won a Grand Prize you are not eligible to win for 90 day’s of play.
• Winners are to contact CHAY 93.1 fm within 30 days to claim their prize. Prizes are to be picked-up at CHAY 93.1 fm Office at 1125 Bayfield St. North, Barrie, Ontario L4M 4Y6, within normal business hours, Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00 pm daily. If the winner does not claim his/her prize within 30 days or does not meet contest conditions, another contest occasion will be executed, to determine an eligible winner.
• Prizes not picked-up within 30 days of being awarded are automatically placed back into prize circulation.
• To send a representative to pick up a prize, the prize winner must first contact CHAY 93.1 fm reception or promotions department. The winner’s representative must bring a copy of the winner’s picture identification and a letter authorizing them to pickup the prize.
• The prize package must be accepted as awarded. No portion of the prize is transferable. The prize is not redeemable for cash and no substitute for any portion of the prize is offered.
• Failure to comply with the stated rules of CHAY 93.1 fm contests will result in disqualification and/or forfeiture of the prize.
• The prize winner must grant permission for CHAY 93.1 fm, the Promoter and their associates of affiliates to use their name, picture and/or image for publicity and therefore waive all their associated rights.
• Any ground transportation, all meals and/all extraordinary expenses, including but not limited to beverages, not expressly listed as part of the contest prize shall be the sole financial responsibility of the prize winner, and the prize winner shall not seek reimbursement for same from CHAY 93.1 fm, the Promoter, their agents and/or suppliers of the service.
• CHAY 93.1 fm, the Promoter, their agents and/or suppliers of service shall in no way be held responsible or liable for any act of omission performed by the prize winner which contravenes any law of Canada.
• The prize winner will be solely financially responsible for any damage that may be caused to any premises, property and/or vehicle, by virtue of an act, error, omission or neglect on their part, and they will not seek reimbursement from CHAY 93.1 fm, the Promoter, their agents and/or suppliers.
• All dates and details of the contest prize are subject to rescheduling and/or cancellation at any time. CHAY 93.1 fm, the Promoter, their agents and suppliers are not responsible for any damage, loss, inconvenience or injury incurred due to rescheduling, for any reason whatsoever.
• CHAY 93.1 fm, the Promoter, their agents and/or suppliers of service, expressly disclaim and shall be held free of all responsibility or liability for any act, error, omission, injury, loss, accident, delay or the neglect or default of any company or person providing any service for the event, whether through providers negligence or otherwise, or due to epidemic, social or political or military disturbances, or due to any cause whatsoever occurring during the event.
• CHAY FM 93.1, the Promoter, their agents and/or suppliers of service reserve the right to withdraw or cancel the event at any time before its commencement and shall have no liability whatsoever.
• CHAY 93.1, the Promoter, their agents and/or suppliers retains the right, with no liability to the prize winner, to substitute, when expedient or necessary, aircraft, airlines, hotel, destination and any component of the prize.
• CHAY 93.1, the Promoter, their agents and/or suppliers may cancel any event directly related to the prize or the prize winner’s participation in it and to make such substitutions, alterations or cancellations at any time without any advance notice to, or approval of, or liability or responsibility to the prize winner.
